Lara Dollens

Lara Dollens is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Podcast Producer for Leadify's "Mad & Lucy Mind the Gap," where responsibilities include script writing and editing for a podcast exploring human divides and cultural differences. As the Director of Next-Gen Leadership Innovation at Blanchard, Lara leads the development of modern leadership solutions aimed at empowering emerging leaders and promoting neurodiversity. Lara also has experience as an Innovation Solution Architect and Lead Experience Designer, enhancing user experience for Blanchard's solutions. A self-employed videographer and photographer from 2010 to June 2023, Lara specialized in small business documentaries and event recordings. Prior roles include Senior Content Developer and Editor at GP Strategies Corporation and Project Management at National 4-H Council. Lara has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and Intermedia from Indiana University and Herron School of Art.
