Smadar Tzalalichin Sabo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, strategy, and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Democracy Officer at Democratech Israel since January 2023, Smadar previously held significant roles including Chief People Officer & Business Operation at OpenWeb and Head of Global & Hi Tech Division at Lotem. Smadar's background includes leadership positions at Carasso Motors, where responsibilities included managing human resources and learning, and at Vindicia, where multi-year strategy planning was executed. Smadar also led post-merger integration efforts at Amdocs and founded the Atlanta chapter of Friends of the Israel Defense Forces. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Organizational Learning from George Mason University and a Master’s in Social Psychology from Bar-Ilan University, complemented by coaching certifications from iPEC Coaching and Reichman University.
