Torrey Fording, PMP, is an accomplished CEO and Founder of Strategic Development Associates, LLC, specializing in IT Project Management and Change Management Consulting for ERP and LMS implementations, with expertise in applications such as Workday, Oracle/PeopleSoft, and Success Factors. In addition, Torrey serves as a Value Added Associate and Chairman's Club member at TTI Performance Systems, and as a Consulting Associate and Coach at The Ken Blanchard Companies, where leadership coaching and facilitation of various leadership development programs are key responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles as Learning Program Manager at Allegis Group and Maxim Group, and HR Generalist/Training & OD Specialist at AAI Corporation.
