Debbie Bourne

Debbie Bourne is currently employed at Blanchard and Calhoun Real Estate Company since October 1998, where Debbie holds the titles of Associate Broker and Vice President. With a background as an O.R. Nurse at various area hospitals from January 1985 to January 1995, and a degree in Registered Nurse from Augusta State University, Debbie has honed their skills in the real estate industry. Debbie specializes in the buying and selling of estate homes, golf course and lake front communities, as well as new construction. Additionally, Debbie enjoys working with and educating first-time home buyers.
