Kian Kolahdouzan

Kian Kolahdouzan currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Customer Success at Bland AI since September 2024 and is a mentor at First Round Fast Track since 2022. Prior to these roles, Kian held several positions at Tome, culminating in the role of Customer Success Lead from November 2021 to September 2024. Kian was also a founding Customer Success Manager at Superhuman from July 2019 to November 2021 and worked as a Customer Onboarding Specialist in various capacities at the same company. Earlier experience includes a role in Growth at Forward and as a Sales Specialist at Apple from December 2014 to June 2016. Kian Kolahdouzan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from San Francisco State University.
