Grant S. Palmer

Grant S. Palmer is the immediate past Chair of Blank Rome’s award-winning 300-attorney Litigation Department. Grant is a nationally recognized litigator with significant trial experience in state and federal courts throughout the country. Business clients have turned to Grant for more than 25 years when they need a strategically aggressive litigator who will prevail at trial while always providing sound and pragmatic business advice throughout the litigation. Grant’s clients hire him because he understands business, is proficient at solving complex problems, and is fiercely competitive when it comes to protecting his clients’ rights and interests. Grant represents his clients’ needs in a wide range of areas, including class actions, cybersecurity, corporate and shareholder litigation, employment, restrictive covenants, patent and intellectual property, fraud, unfair trade practices, personal injury, products liability, trade secrets, and many others. Grant has served as Managing Partner and CEO of Blank Rome since January 1, 2019.
