Jerry Katz

Jerry Katz is a seasoned legal professional with over thirty years of experience in real estate-related transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and commercial leasing. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Blank Rome LLP since August 2022, Katz has also co-founded Israel Cannabis Ventures (ICV) and Ocean Grown Ventures (OGV), focusing on investments and partnerships in the cannabis industry. Previous roles include Of Counsel at Glaser Weil Fink Jacobs Howard Avchen & Shapiro, LLP, and COO, CCO, and General Counsel at Marlin Equity Partners. Katz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco.
