Patrick Nevins

Patrick Nevins has a diverse background in benefits management, with over 30 years of experience. Patrick currently serves as the Director of Benefits at Blank Rome LLP, where they manage retirement and health and welfare benefit plans for over 1,000 partners and employees. Prior to this, they held similar roles at John Wiley & Sons, Inc., CIT Group Inc., Olympus America Inc., and Publishers Clearing House, where they oversaw various aspects of benefit plan design, compliance, administration, and communication. Additionally, they have experience in compensation and benefits consulting at Leviton and American Standard. Patrick has a strong track record of driving effective benefits strategies and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Patrick Nevins, CEBS, SPHR, GPHR completed their education at St. John's University from 1978 to 1983, earning a BA and MA in Government & Politics/International Relations, as well as a Graduate Certificate in International Law & Diplomacy. Patrick later attended Fordham Gabelli School of Business from 1985 to 1987, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) in 1985, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2006, Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) in 2009, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in 2015, and Fellow of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS) in 2019. Furthermore, they acquired a Certificate in Global Benefits Management from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in 2014.
