Andre Ambrosio Boechat

Andre Ambrosio Boechat is a software engineer with extensive experience in backend maintenance, web scraping, and machine learning. Currently at Blankfactor since October 2022, Andre has previously worked at Belvo and Buzzlabs, focusing on web scraping for financial institutions. At datarisk.io, Andre contributed as a lead engineer, enhancing architecture and ensuring code quality while developing statistical models to mitigate risks. In prior roles at Neoway Business Solutions and Brick Abode, Andre played a key role in data aggregation and project development. Earlier academic pursuits included research on fraud detection at the University of Luxembourg and development of OCR models at Neoway. Andre holds a Master’s in Automation and Systems Engineering and an incomplete Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Luxembourg.
