Sebastián Martínez Ortiz

Sebastián Martínez Ortiz is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience across various roles and companies. Currently serving as a Data Engineering Lead and Data Officer for Latin America at Blankfactor since May 2022, Sebastián focuses on developing and optimizing views, procedures, and ELT processes, alongside data transformations in Snowflake. Previous experience includes leading an MDM Project with Profisee at Growth Acceleration Partners and serving as a Technical Specialist and Senior BI Developer at Tata Consultancy Services, where leadership in software solutions and client interaction was key. Additionally, Sebastián has a strong background in business intelligence and software engineering from earlier roles at Intergrupo and Personalsoft S.A.S. Sebastián holds a degree in IT Engineering from Católica del Norte Fundación Universitaria and completed software development training at Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA).
