Anita Mummert

Senior Consultant, Digital Analytics and Insights at Blast Analytics

Anita Mummert has over 25 years of professional experience in the analytics and advertising industry. Anita began their career in 1993 as a Media Buyer at Sunbelt Media. In 1996, they took on the role of Advertising Coordinator at Consolidated Mortgage and Financial Services, as well as Advertising Operations Specialist, Affiliate Relations Manager, and Traffic Coordinator at McClatchy Interactive. In 2005, Anita moved to Accipiter Solutions, Inc. to become an Advertising Operations Manager, where they led a newly-formed Ad Trafficking department and provided management and analysis of advertising placements on clients' sites. From 2007 to 2020, Anita worked at McClatchy as a Senior Research Analyst, where they were an Adobe Analytics SME and developed reports and dashboards to make data consumption easier company-wide. Most recently, Anita has been a Senior Analytics Strategist and Analytics Strategist at Blast Analytics.

Anita Mummert obtained their BA in Journalism/Advertising from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1988 and 1992. Anita has also obtained several certifications, including an Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Target Business Practitioner in June 2020, an Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner in May 2020, a Google Analytics Certification in August 2022, a Google Analytics Individual Qualification in June 2022, a Certified Tealium AudienceStream Professional in June 2020, an AudienceStream Basic User Certification in May 2020, and an AudienceStream and DataAccess Advanced User Certification in May 2020.
