About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and seasoned Area Manager to contribute significantly to the expansion of BlastOne in WA. Based out of our Welshpool and Henderson branches, you will assume the responsibility of driving sales in a client-facing capacity, achieving predetermined sales objectives within your designated territory, and identifying avenues for growth. This permanent full-time role will involve close collaboration with sales teams throughout the organisation. Covering a wide geographical area, regular travel will be necessary. Moreover, occasional interstate travel may be necessary for meetings and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining relationships with BlastOne’s existing customer base within your territory.
Identify and establish new customer relationships to generate long-term business growth.
Promote and sell our range of products and services using proven sales techniques.
Performing cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers.
Providing customers with comprehensive technical to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Continual analysis of the territory’s potential threats and opportunities.
Comprehensive tracking, management, and reporting of sales data.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Corrosion Control, Protective Coatings, or similar Industrial sector. You will also have the ability to create, maintain, and build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and in turn, grow your revenue stream. Other key determinants include:
