The Role
A Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing a set of large accounts in order to help drive a high level of customer satisfaction, successful product use, and customer retention. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, understand customer success criteria, address questions, resolve issues and over time serve as a trusted advisor to each customer. As a successful CSM you will achieve a high level of customer NPS, contract renewals and increased revenue within your customer base.
Skills/Qualifications
5 years of experience working with industrial EQUIPMENT SALES or Service
Previous work experience as a customer success manager, customer service representative or equivalent role. Manage the purchasing process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
BS In Engineering, Business, Marketing or related fields, Or Equivalent Experience
Knowledge of Heavy industrial solutions
Knowledge of Blasting and Painting Operations
Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Projects
Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work at an office desk for long periods of time
Various industrial production operations based on customer conditions
Travel
Up to 25%
