Miranda Spaans is currently the Head of Marketing & Communications at Blauwtrust Groep. Prior to that role, she worked as the Manager Marketing & Communicatie at Quion. Miranda also has experience as a Transformation Manager at Wortell and as a Sr. communication advisor at Quion. She co-founded ALFA TRAINERS and was a Sr. Coördinator Marketing & CRM at Optima Holding. Miranda's expertise includes creating and implementing branding strategies, leading transformation programs, and providing consultancy to company leaders. She holds a degree in Communicatie from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and has completed various professional development courses in communication and change management.
