Will Lucas

Will Lucas is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in diverse sectors including media, technology, and hospitality. As the Founder and CEO of aWLCo, Lucas has built a family of companies since 2006. Lucas also serves as the Brand Manager for AfroTech, the largest Black tech conference and digital platform, and has founded creative production agency Creadio. Additional ventures include the establishment of TolHouse, a private social club in Toledo, and ownership of coworking spaces Panda Workspace and Earth Coffehouse. Alongside entrepreneurial endeavors, Lucas holds the position of Vice Chair and Commissioner for the Ohio Casino Control Commission, ensuring the integrity of casino gaming. Lucas's earlier career includes roles in operations management at ProMedica and as an On Air Personality at WJZE Hot 97.3. Education credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Organization Technology and an Associate’s degree in Technical Studies from The University of Toledo, complemented by a certificate in Local Government from the Toledo Area Local Government Leadership Academy.
