Jennifer Kruidbos (she/her)

Jennifer Kruidbos is the founder of Blawesome, a community app that aims to facilitate personal growth and development. Jennifer started this role in April 2021. Prior to that, Jennifer was the founder of Essential Rituals since January 2011. Jennifer also worked as a Communications Leader for L'Oréal's Active Cosmetics division in Canada from July 2010 to July 2012. Additionally, Jennifer served as a Research Assistant at Royal Roads University from November 2008 to December 2009, focusing on the topic of thriving under stress at work.

Jennifer Kruidbos (she/her) has a diverse education history spanning multiple institutions and fields of study. In 2006, they completed their undergraduate studies at Queen's University, earning a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English Literature. Later, from 2008 to 2010, Jennifer pursued postgraduate education at Royal Roads University, where they obtained a Master's degree in International Communications. During the same period, they also earned another Master's degree from Royal Roads University, focusing on International and Intercultural Communication.

Prior to their university studies, Jennifer attended Dawson College from 2000 to 2001, where they pursued an Arts program with a major in Visual Arts. Most recently, in 2021, they attended the Founder Institute, although specific details regarding their degree and field of study are not provided.
