Graham Jang

Graham Jang has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Graham started their career at Amgen in 2000, where they held various positions including Medical Sciences Director and Director of Quantitative Pharmacology. At Amgen, they led teams and made significant contributions to over 10 drug development programs, including the approvals of Prolia and Xgeva. Graham also had extensive experience interacting with international regulatory agencies.

After their tenure at Amgen, Jang joined Seattle Genetics as Head of Clinical Pharmacology and later as Head of Translational Medicine. Graham then worked at Regulus Therapeutics as Vice President of Drug Metabolism & Pharmacokinetics before joining Silverback Therapeutics as Vice President of Development Sciences. At Silverback Therapeutics, Jang led the strategy and execution of preclinical and clinical work for immune-modulating antibody-drug conjugates.

In 2022, Jang also worked as a Consultant for multiple companies before joining Blaze Bioscience as Vice President of Translational Sciences. Graham was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Research & Translational Sciences at Blaze Bioscience.

Throughout their career, Jang has demonstrated expertise in the fields of pharmacokinetics, drug metabolism, and clinical pharmacology. Graham has authored numerous regulatory documents and played a key role in guiding drug development programs. Graham has also shown leadership skills by growing teams and enhancing internal expertise and capabilities.

Graham Jang pursued their education at the University of California, San Francisco from 1992 to 1997. During this period, they obtained a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Later, from 2011 to 2013, Graham attended The Wharton School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. The specific field of study for their MBA is not provided.
