Sean Dixey, SPHR has extensive experience in Human Resources. In 2022, they began working as Director of Human Resources for Blaze Bioscience. From 2017 to present, they have been a Senior Human Resources Consultant - Interim/Fractional HR Executive (VP, Director, Manager, HRBP) for FIT HR / Strategic Consulting Services / Self-Employed, providing clients with HR expertise and advising them on “people solutions”. In 2007, they Co-Founded, Owned, and was Principal of Human Resources for InVantage3. Prior to that, they were Co-Founder and Principal of Human Resources for Infrastructure Group Services, LLC, where they led all aspects of Human Resources for multiple clients. In 2004, they began working as Director of Human Resources for PACLAND, where they reported to the executive team and supported 100 employees in 7 offices and 4 states. From 1997 to 2004, they were Human Resources Manager for Whittall Management Group, Ltd., where they provided leadership in talent management, payroll, employee relations, and training for two sister companies spanning 125 total staff.

Sean Dixey, SPHR has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Washington, and completed Masters-level course work at Western Washington University. Sean also holds certifications from SPASIGMA, the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and the CDMS Commission, including the SPASIGMA White Belt Negotiation Certification (2017), the Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) (2019), the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR\u00ae) Certification (2016), and the Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) Expired (2003).
