Prior to that, Charles was the Business Development Team Lead at Kelly Services, where responsibilities included managing a team focused on specialized scientific staffing solutions. Charles began a career in sales as a Senior Account Executive at Soliant Health and worked as a Financial Advisor at Strategic Planning Group, Inc. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from LSU Shreveport.
