ATL Chapter Lead at BLCK VC

De'Havia Stewart has a diverse work experience in the fields of venture capital, investment, and strategy analysis. De'Havia is currently serving as the ATL Chapter Lead at BLCK VC since September 2022. Previously, they worked as an Investor at Anthemis Group and as a Board Observer at Project Admission in 2022. From 2020 to 2022, De'Havia served as an Investor in SB Opportunity Fund and was also a member of the Investment Committee at The BLK Foundation and HBCUvc. Additionally, they volunteered as the Emerging GP Program Lead at All Raise from October 2021 to 2022. De'Havia showcased their creativity and leadership skills as the Executive Producer and Podcast Host of the Divergent Unicorns podcast at HBCUvc from 2020 to 2021. Prior to their ventures in venture capital, De'Havia gained valuable experience at Accenture, where they held roles as a Senior Strategy Analyst and Strategy Analyst from 2019 to 2020. De'Havia also participated in the BiV Fellowship program at BLCK VC in 2020. Before entering the venture capital industry, De'Havia worked as a Venture Capital Analyst at Cross Culture Ventures from 2017 to 2019.

De'Havia Stewart attended Pensacola High School, where they obtained Scholar and Merit Diploma designations with a focus on the Supply Chain and Logistics Academy. De'Havia then went on to attend Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

In addition to their formal education, De'Havia Stewart has obtained several certifications. In March 2017, they received the Bloomberg Market Concepts Certification from Bloomberg LP. In December 2013, they became a Microsoft Specialist after completing certification from Microsoft. Most recently, in November 2021, they obtained the VC University ONLINE certification from VC University.
