Basma Belal

Basma Belal has a diverse work experience across various industries. Basma recently joined bld.ai as a Project Manager in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Coach Academy EG starting from April 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Basma worked at Modern Education Schools as an English Language Teacher. In this role, they planned and designed teaching materials, provided teacher support, and delivered interactive lessons to engage and motivate students.

Before that, they worked at Azadea Group from November 2017 to July 2019. In this company, they served as a Recruitment Specialist and conducted pre-screening checks, interviews, and wrote job descriptions. Basma also held the role of Training Specialist, where they developed training programs, administered course content, and blended business goals with learning development initiatives.

Basma started their career at Misr International University in 2013. Basma first worked as a Teacher Assistant, providing teaching and support to undergraduate students. Later, they became an Admissions Specialist, providing program advising, reviewing transcripts, and maintaining student files.

Prior to their university experience, Basma worked as an English Instructor at Berlitz Corporation from November 2011 to August 2013. Basma planned and delivered English language classes, assisted in curriculum development, and prepared student progress reports.

Basma's earliest work experience was at Vodafone from October 2010 to September 2011, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative in the UK. Their responsibilities included assisting customers in registering new products, resolving complex issues, and processing customer orders.

Basma Belal completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Cairo University between 2006 and 2010. In 2018, they pursued a Certificate in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo. Furthermore, in 2022, Basma enrolled in Udacity, where they obtained certificates in Data Analysis and Digital Marketing.
