Ashley Jefferson

Ashley Jefferson serves as the Vice President of Multifamily Operations for BMC. Ashley began her career in multifamily property management in 2006, as a leasing agent and has had experience working at Class A, B, and C properties. Prior to joining BMC, Ashley worked for Apartment Management Consultants as a regional manager overseeing a large portfolio of properties in Denver and Colorado Springs. She has an extensive background in property repositioning and property sales. Ashley has a passion for improving communities and believes in empowering her staff through knowledge, structure and motivation.
