Kyle Davies

Kyle Davies has over thirty-five years of experience in the entertainment industry. In 1986, they began their career as an Account Executive at Rapp and Collins, where they managed several national accounts. In 1987, they joined General Cinema Companies as a Senior Regional Film Buyer, where they secured the rights to exhibit studio films in Southwest, Midwest, and Eastern metropolitan markets. In 1995, they became a Regional Film Buyer at National Amusements, where they were responsible for acquiring and licensing content for the circuit in the Midwest and on the East Coast. In 1997, they joined DreamWorks SKG as a Senior Vice President, Division Manager, where they built and led Central, Southern, and Western Distribution Divisions. In 2005, they returned to Paramount Pictures as Senior Vice President, Western Division Manager, providing strategic direction for a 10-member sales team on all aspects of distribution throughout the Western U.S. In 2007, they joined Overture Films as Executive Vice President, Theatrical Domestic Distribution, where they built their distribution unit from the ground up and directed the release of numerous films into the marketplace. In 2010, they moved to Relativity EuropaCorp Distribution as President, Worldwide Distribution, where they built a distribution unit from scratch and led a team of 35 executives. In 2021, they became a Distribution Consultant at NEON, where they shared their expertise with their key client and specialty distributor for the release of awards-driven campaigns. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Bleecker Street (company) as President, Distribution, leading theatrical distribution strategies and a team in a rapidly evolving media landscape.

Kyle Davies attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a BS in Radio-Television-Film and a BS in Advertising.
