Salimah Ismail

Salimah Ismail is the current Director of Operations at Bleeker. Salimah has previously worked as an Operations Manager at Safe & Reliable Healthcare and a Database Manager at the Immune Deficiency Foundation.

Salimah has always been passionate about helping others and making a difference in their community. Salimah was drawn to healthcare because of their personal experiences with illness in their family. Salimah loves working in operations because they enjoy being able to wear many hats and contribute in multiple ways to help their team succeed.

Salimah is known for their strong work ethic, their dedication to their team, and their ability to stay calm under pressure. Salimah is a quick learner and is always looking for ways to improve herself and their team.

Salimah Ismail has a Master's in Science from Boston University in TV Production, a Master's of Science from the University of Victoria in Statistics, and a Bachelor's of Science from McMaster University in Mathematics and Statistics. Salimah also has an Environmental Science degree from the University of Victoria and is fluent in French from their studies at Université de Québec à Trois-Rivières.

Their manager is Jay Liddell, Co-Founder, COO & CFO. They work with and Mariano Monkowski - Director, Finance. Andrew Morton - Operations Associate, Eddie Escobio - Operations Associate report to Salimah Ismail.
