We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to act as the liaison between Bleems and our vendors, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating campaigns to promote products and services effectively on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between Bleems and its vendors, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with vendors to gather and manage product information, promotional materials, and campaign details.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with both Bleems’ and the vendors’ objectives.
  • Monitor vendor performance, product listings, and promotions to ensure consistency and adherence to Bleems’ guidelines.
  • Support the marketing team in planning and implementing digital and offline marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and special events.
  • Track and analyze the performance of vendor-related marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to create engaging materials that highlight vendor products and promotions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and vendor needs to propose new marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings and communication channels between vendors and internal teams, ensuring all parties are aligned with marketing goals and timelines.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing and vendor management, including report generation and documentation.
    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a marketing or coordination role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic to effectively interact with vendors and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and vendor management is a plus.
