Job description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social media platforms and a passion for engaging online communities. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive website traffic and sales.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) to align with business goals.
  • Create engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, tailored to the target audience and platform specifications.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, including daily monitoring, posting, and interaction with followers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, click-through rates) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide insights for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns and maintain brand relevance.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and community engagement.
  • Assist in developing and managing paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor competitors and industry leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Creativity and attention to detail with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
