Mike Hunt has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2016 as an Operations Manager for the Tlalim Group/Authentic Israel. In 2018, they became a Project Manager for MishpaHug App. In 2019, they were an Account Manager for Taglit-Birthright Israel, and in 2020 they worked as a Customer Success Manager for Granatum Solutions. Most recently, in 2021, they have been a Production Support Specialist for BLEND Localization.

Mike Hunt has a diverse educational background. Mike began their studies in 2014 at Azrieli College of Engineering Jerusalem, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering in 2016. Mike then attended Tel-Ran, Educational Center, where they studied Software Development from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they began studying Psychology at The Open University of Israel, and in 2020 they attended Practicum USA to study QA. In addition, Hunt has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn and Udemy, such as Building Customer Loyalty, Customer Advocacy, Customer Retention, Customer Service: Creating Customer Value, SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis, The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2020: Go From Zero to Hero, Customer Experience: Journey Mapping, and Customer Success Management Fundamentals.
