Lou Pratali 🏹

Lou Pratali has a wealth of experience in the human resources and legal fields. Lou began their career as a Conseil aux entreprises for Gaïana Conseil et Création in 2014. Lou then worked as a HR business partner for paragone.ai (formerly MakeMeReach) from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, they began working as the Chief People Officer for Cafeyn, Blendle, and miLibris. Prior to this, they were the General Manager for Monamphi.com from 2015 to 2019. From 2015 to 2019, they also worked as an Avocat for LUSSAN société d'avocats. From 2012 to 2015, they were an Enseignante, teaching courses in law and working as a Rédactrice de cours for IONIS EXECUTIVE EDUCATION, a Professeur de Droit (cours particulier), a Chargée de TD en droit de la famille for Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, and a Correctrice en droit de la famille for CAPAVOCAT.
