Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel framework.
• Collaborate with the product management team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical recommendations.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to current projects.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, testers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Laravel Developer, with a strong portfolio of Laravel projects.
• In-depth knowledge of PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React is a plus.
• Proficient in using version control systems, such as Git.
• Troubleshooting application and code issues.
• Experience with relational databases, including MySQL, NOSQL or PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Good to Have:

• Experience with RESTful & SOAP API development and integration.
• Knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
• Understanding of caching mechanisms and performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the Laravel community.
