Drew Koester, MBA, has extensive experience in data analytics and human resources, currently serving as the HR Business Intelligence Architect and Senior Analytics Engineer at Blessing Health since April 2015, where responsibilities include Tableau dashboard development, data analysis, and interdepartmental collaboration. Previous roles include Analytics Engineer and Decision Support Analyst at Investment Planners, Inc., as well as client relations and research management. Additional experience includes positions at The Salvation Army Kroc Center, Northwestern Mutual, and coaching with Quincy United Soccer Club. Drew holds a Master of Business Administration and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Quincy University.
