McGlauchlen Kiley has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and research field. They started their career as a Senior Research Patient Coordinator at Washington University School of Medicine in 2004 and worked there until 2007. They then joined Quincy Medical Group as the Director of Clinical Research and also took on the role of Director of Compliance from 2007 to 2019. In 2019, Kiley moved to IQVIA as a Site Manager for Patient and Site Solutions, QCare, until 2020. Currently, they are working at Blessing Health System as the Director of Clinical Research, starting in November 2020.
McGlauchlen Kiley attended Illinois State University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. They then continued their education at Illinois State University from 2002 to 2004, completing a Master of Science degree in Biology. In 2005, McGlauchlen obtained certifications including "Biomedical Research Investigators and Key personnel" from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY, and "Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP)" from the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA). They are also a member of the Society for Clinical Research Sites.
