Michelle Zech

Michelle Zech, MBA has a strong background in human resources and healthcare administration. Michelle is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Blessing Health. Prior to this, they held the same role at AdventHealth from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing HR operations across a four-hospital region. Before that, Michelle worked as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner at Lee Health, where they collaborated with the senior leadership team on organization restructures and employee relations challenges. Michelle also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at NCH Healthcare System, where they implemented the HR Business Partner program and led various HR initiatives. In addition, Michelle has previous experience as a Program Director at National Healing Corporation and as the Director of Operations at Bonita Community Health Center.

Michelle Zech obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration/HR from Columbia Southern University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Hodges University from 2000 to 2002.
