Icram AARAB is an experienced professional in sourcing and new product development, currently managing projects at Bleu Libellule since April 2016, focusing on professional hair and beauty products. Prior experience includes roles in business development and project management at Bleu Libellule and SOLEA PROFESSIONNEL, as well as internships in product management at L'Oréal and quality control laboratory at SOPROREAL. Icram AARAB holds a Master's degree in International Business with a specialization in Purchasing from IAE Montpellier and City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with a focus on Perfumes, Flavors, and Cosmetics from the University of Montpellier, complemented by a scientific Baccalauréat from Lycée Alphonse Daudet.
