Jakub Piotrowski

Jakub Piotrowski serves as the Chief Information Officer at BLG LOGISTICS GROUP AG & Co. KG since November 2014, where responsibilities include leading sustainability and digitalization initiatives as well as directing business development in contract and innovation management. In addition, Jakub Piotrowski is a board member at dbh Logistics IT AG since June 2022 and previously held the position of Head of Transformation for BLG USA from May 2015 to November 2020. Prior experience includes managerial roles at BLG Industrielogistik GmbH & Co. KG and serving as the Executive Director of the Sonderforschungsbereich 637 at the University of Bremen. An academic background in computer science with a focus on production system simulation was acquired at the University of Bremen from 1999 to 2005.
