Monique has extensive experience in social work and finance, currently serving as a member of the safety team for Zaanstreek/Waterland at Proeftuin toekomstscenario since March 2023. Previously, Monique worked as an ambulant social worker at Blijf Groep and owned La Grand Ondersteuning & Advies, providing guidance on financial and administrative matters. Monique held the position of financial and administrative manager at Jardon transport BV, contributing to efficient administrative organization and financial reporting. Additional roles include helpdesk staff at SchuldHulpMaatje, finance administration at Electronisch Beveiligings Centrum B.V., general bookkeeper at Montagebedrijf VET, and societal guide for refugees at stichting inova. Monique also has freelance experience in event management and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, following a Bachelor’s degree from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
