Natasja Kleijwegt

Natasja Kleijwegt is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles spanning over a decade, currently serving as a Senior People & Performance Partner at Blind Low Vision NZ since September 2023. Prior to this role, Natasja held the position of HR Business Partner at KiwiRail and Blind Low Vision NZ, contributing to organizational development and employee performance. Natasja's career includes roles such as Employment Relations Advisor at Universal Communications Group, HR Advisor at both FIRST Security and Manukau Institute of Technology, and various positions within Fonterra and Auckland Council. Natasja holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Hanze University of Applied Sciences, completed between 1998 and 2002.
