Oscar Romano currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Blindster.com, overseeing daily operations and enhancing productivity in a multimillion-dollar enterprise. In addition, Oscar is the Executive Leadership Coach and Founder of Romano Leadership, focusing on leadership development for mission-driven individuals and organizations. Oscar co-founded Ember Within, PBC, working on educational technology solutions, and has extensive experience in educational leadership from roles including School Principal and Director of Student Support at YES Prep Public Schools, where significant student achievement growth was achieved under Oscar's leadership. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Social Anthropology from Harvard University and a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins University School of Education.
