Pragya Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Pragya is currently working as a Client Servicing Director at Blink Digital. Before that, they worked as a Strategy Consultant at ON ROUTE 33 DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Synapse. Pragya also worked as a Consultant for Go-to Market Strategy at Silicon IT And Educational Services and SugarBox Networks. Pragya has also held positions such as Account Director at Rage Communications and Account Manager and Digital Media Planner at TIMEUS Interactive Services and Rage Communications. In addition, they co-founded and served as the Strategy Director for The Backbencher Creations and On Route 33 Digital Pvt. Ltd. throughout various years, focusing on guerrilla advertising and marketing in the government sector.

Pragya Sharma obtained a PGDBM degree in HR and Marketing from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) during the years 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed a B.Com (Voc.) degree in Advertising and Sales Promotion from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra between 1997 and 2000.
