Senior Quality Assurance Lead, Patient Services at Blink Health

Apeksha Savan has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Apeksha began their career at Rosetta Radiology where they worked as a Senior Administrative Assistant from January 2010 to July 2016. In 2016, they gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Mindy Touzani for six months. Apeksha then joined Blink Health, where they held various roles over the years. Apeksha started as a Customer Care Specialist in August 2016 and progressed to become a Senior CX Specialist in August 2017. Apeksha then took on the role of Lead CX Specialist in December 2017 and held this position until July 2020. From March 2019 to July 2020, they also worked as a Quality Assurance Team Lead. Apeksha furthered their career as a Senior CX Operations Lead from July 2020 to April 2021, and currently holds the position of Senior Quality Assurance Lead, Patient Services at Blink Health.

Apeksha Savan attended Brooklyn College from 2007 to 2012, where they studied Psychology. From 2014 to 2016, they also attended Brooklyn College, focusing on Communication and Media Studies.
