Paul Poliseo

Paul Poliseo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paul started their career in 1996 and 1999 as an Application Specialist at Dun & Bradstreet, where they were responsible for sales and credit consulting and also established training procedures. Paul then worked at Bioglan Pharmaceuticals from 2001 to 2004 as a Field Trainer and Professional Field Sales Representative, receiving several awards for their outstanding performance.

From 2004 to 2012, Paul worked at Stiefel, a GSK company, starting as a Senior Therapeutic Sales Representative and eventually advancing to the role of District Manager. During their time there, they achieved significant milestones and won prestigious awards.

In 2012, they joined Merz Pharma as a Senior Executive Territory Business Manager, where they continued to excel and achieved notable market share growth. Following this, they worked at EZDERM as a Software Sales Specialist for a brief period in 2016.

Paul then took on the role of Director of Access/Sales Manager at Clermont Community Specialty Pharmacy from 2016 to 2019. During their tenure, they consistently exceeded goals, developed access procedures, and implemented effective sales strategies.

In 2019, they joined Phil, Inc. as a South Area Sales Director, overseeing a sales team and focusing on promoting the pharmacy and increasing revenue. Throughout their time at Phil, Inc., they provided valuable education and training to pharmaceutical sales and managed care representatives.

Most recently, Paul has been working as the Principal Reimbursement Area Director at Blink Health since July 2020. In this role, they have successfully increased first fill rates and managed a team of nineteen individuals. Paul has also collaborated with pharma partner sales teams to enhance sales revenue.
