Shruti Mangla

Shruti Mangla is a professional with a diverse background in inventory management, recruitment, and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in the Category Inventory team at Blinkit since June 2025, Shruti focuses on festival execution. Prior experience includes roles as a Process Controller at GOBOULT, where responsibilities encompassed sales order and operations management, and as an Associate in Talent Acquisition at Future Links, handling the full recruitment cycle. Earlier internships involved business development and marketing strategies at My Equation and Tutedude, as well as data management tasks at both No Help Too Big and Pixean. Shruti holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Miranda House, Delhi University, completed in August 2022.
