Ray Sands

Ray has over 35 years of experience working in business development in the fields of higher education, mortgage banking and finance simulation & training, marketing, media advertising, and technology. Throughout his career, he has created an extensive network of C-Suit Executives of Fortune 500 companies, the DOD, healthcare, and the non-profit world. He previously served as national director of the Gary Sinise Foundation. Since joining PERSOWN in February of 2020, Ray has been an integral part of the leadership team, raising significant investment capital and solidifying key strategic development partners, most notably, global data analytics giant SAS Institute.
