Lisa Vaughn-Olstad is the Lead Recruiter for Blink’s Embedded efforts. Connecting creative talent to great career opportunities has been a highlight to Lisa’s professional life. It is highly rewarding as Lisa likes connecting the dots, making matches, and being inspired by creative deliverables.

Prior to Blink, Lisa’s career included agency recruitment for Fortune 500 tech firms, and film special effects coordination. Working with creative and marketing talent for over 20 years, Lisa has great insights into project and team workflows and how operations can be optimized.

Outside of Blink, Lisa can be found at Zumba, on long walks with dog Nola, getting lost in good fiction, volunteering in the arts, and watching movies with her family.
