Paul Eisen

Paul is an award-winning user-experience leader always aspiring to maximize return on investment through human-centered design. At Blink, Paul defines approaches for experience research, strategy, and design of technology-based business solutions where user experience is paramount to success. His capabilities and experience span B2C, B2B, and B2E solutions across a broad spectrum of industries, from banking and insurance through to consumer-packaged goods and eCommerce.

Paul has spent his career leading teams in the reinvention of the customer and employee experience through the integration of process, technology, systems, and organizations to optimize productivity, engagement, and loyalty. Paul also serves as an educator at the University of Toronto, sharing the pragmatics of applied human factors with the next generation of industrial engineers and UX specialists.
