Serena Down

Serena Down is a UX Researcher and Director of Project Manager at Blink who loves finding themes that make up the narrative of our experience, whether it is in user research and design or in her past life in documentary film and e-learning.

Serena’s educational background is in Anthropology and she holds a masters degree from Stanford University in Documentary film. Her first job in UX was over twenty years ago when she was hired to do user interviews for a Seattle start up.

When not at work, Serena enjoys biking, gardening, sketching and swimming.
