Tasha Doerschel

Tasha Doerschel is the Project Manager of Insight Space at Blink. Prior to that, they were the Operations Manager- Major Accounts at Aquent from June 2017 to July 2018. In that role, they served as the Seattle operations manager for the largest digital creative staffing company in the U.S. and was responsible for monthly, quarterly, and holiday office events. Tasha also developed long-term strategies with account teams to promote and achieve customer service excellence for talent and internal staff.

Tasha has also fostered, developed, and maintained long-term relationships with account teams, clients, vendors, and talent. Tasha has also managed and ensured adherence to client and company compliance standards as well as co-managed company travel. Furthermore, they have been a PM for the selection of new travel vendors and orchestrated large scale talent onboarding processes.

In their current role as Project Manager of Insight Space at Blink, Tasha is responsible for identifying opportunities for internal teams to streamline processes for assigned projects and collaborating with team members to increase efficiency. Additionally, they manage the facility and vendor relationships and analyzes and supports client contracts within the contracts team to ensure company compliance.

Tasha Doerschel has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Communications from the University of Washington, and an Associate's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Edmonds College. Tasha also has certification from The Travel Institute in Australia/New Zealand South Pacific Destination Specialist, Edmonds Community College in Hospitality & Tourism Certification, SE Asia Destination Specialist, Southern Europe Destination Specialist, Northern & Central Europe Destination Specialist, and North American Destination Specialist. In addition, they have a certification from AFPA American Fitness Professionals & Associates in AFPA.

Tasha Doerschel works with Sarah Miller - Project Manager, Daisy West - Project Manager, and Cathy Bahn - Senior Project Manager. Tasha Doerschel reports to Shannon Chin, Director, Project Management.
