Ananda Portes Souza

Ananda Portes Souza is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as the Legal & Compliance Director and Head of Corporate Governance at Blip since February 2021, Ananda previously held the position of Head of Legal Department at MaxMilhas from October 2018 to January 2021. Earlier career experiences include serving as an Advogada at Humberto Theodoro Júnior Sociedade de Advogados, an Intercambista at the Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica, and an Estagiária at the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Minas Gerais. Ananda holds a Master's degree in Competition Law from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Law and several other relevant qualifications, including courses in Antitrust Law and Corporate Law.
