Luciana Carvalho

Luciana Carvalho serves as the CHRO at Blip and has held multiple leadership roles at Chiefs.Group, including Co-Founder, CEO & Co-Founder, and Co-Founder & COO. Luciana is a member of Sororitê and has previously worked at Sinch as the Global People Experience Director and Change Management Director, also serving on the Board of Directors. Luciana holds a Master's degree in People Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2008-2009) and completed a program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2019.
