Aspen Egan

Manager, People & Culture at Blip Billboards

Aspen Egan has a diverse work experience in both HR and coaching. From January 2020 to November 2020, they worked as an intern at Blip before transitioning into the role of Human Resources Generalist from November 2020 to March 2021. From March 2021 to November 2021, Aspen was a People & Culture Specialist at Blip, where they provided HR expertise and worked closely with Operations and Senior Leadership to build a unified culture. Aspen then became a People Operations Manager at Blip from November 2021 to September 2022, before being promoted to Manager, People & Culture in September 2022.

In addition to their HR roles, Aspen has also worked as a Coach at Lightbox from September 2013 to September 2021. In this role, they coached athletes aged 10-18 in advanced tumbling and competitive dance, choreographed routines, and prepared them for various competitions.
