Nazia Tole

Nazia Tole is an experienced HR and payroll professional with a robust background in managing human resources across multiple regions, including EMEA, APAC, and the USA. Currently serving as the Manager of HR & Global Payroll at Blis since July 2018, Nazia oversees HR functions in diverse markets. Previously, Nazia held the position of Manager HR/Payroll at TopSource, where responsibilities included managing HR and payroll systems for employees in the USA, UK, and India. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior HR Officer at Trafigura and a Team Developer Business Analyst at Aon Hewitt, along with earlier roles in the financial sector with Zenta. Nazia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Burhani College of Commerce and Arts and has completed part of a Master's program in Commerce at the University of Mumbai.
